Sri Pradeep Archakam hails from a family with rich heritage of highly venerated priests. He was born in Ramasamudram, near Tirupathi, Chittoor District, Andhra Pradesh. The family members of Sri Pradeep Archakam manage to this day Sri Padmavathi Ammavaru Devalayam in Tiruchanoor, Sri Lakshmi Janardhana Swami Temple in Ramasamudram, Sri Venugopala Krishna Swami & Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swami Temple in Malleswaram Bangalore with daily pujas and services. Sri Pradeep Archakam pursued training and study in the theory, practice, and methods of Hindu Religious Rituals and worship and had the great honor and privilege of studying under his grandfathers "Pancharathragama Kesari" Sri Ranganatha Bhattar, "Pancharathragama Bhushana" Sri Narayana Bhattar, Sri Lakshmana Charyulu and father "Pancharathragama Vidhwan” Sri Sundararaja Bhattar Archakam. Sanskrit college Government of Karnataka awarded Pradeep Archakam with “Pancharatragama Praveena”. Prior to incorporating Sri Ashtalakshmi Devasthanam, Sri Pradeep Archakam started Hindu Priest Bay Area INC. Originally Incorporated in Feb 2012 ,which was serving priest services in Bay area of California and all over USA as well as in Canada. Soon after Sri Pradeep Archakam with gods blessings started Sri Lakshmi Temple in December 1st 2013 and the name Hindu priest bay area INC. amended to Sri Lakshmi Temple. Before Sri Pradeep Archakam starting Hindu Priest Bay Area INC. in 2012, he worked at Fremont Hindu Temple [Vedic Dharma Samaj] California, prior to that he worked as a head priest at QC Hindu Temple[Sri Venkateswara Temple] Illinois. He also served as a priest in other prominent temples in the US, namely the S.V. Temple in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, htgfw temple in Dallas, Texas. In addition, he has worked as a Main priest in World famous Sri Channa Keshava Swami Temple, Belur, Hassan District, KA. And several temples in India. Pradeep has performed many Pratishtapanas in India and USA. He was honored with the title of Yagnacharya by Chinna Jeeyar Swamiji. Pradeep is very well experienced in performing all Daivika Karyakramas [God Related Pujas] as per Agama Shastra Sampradayas like, Kumbhabhishekam [Prana Pratishtapanas], Brhmotsavam, Pavithrotsavam, Vasantotsavam, etc… and Shodasha Karmas [Human Related Pujas] like Weddings, Seemantham [Baby Shower], Sudarshana Homam, Gruha Pravesham, Satyanarayan Puja, etc… in addition to reading horoscopes and singing Keerthanas in several languages. Also he has knowledge in Vedas and Nalayera Divya Prabhandas. He is fluent in Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, Hindi and English and familiar with Punjabi, Gujrati & Marathi. Pradeep is married to Smt. Vatsala Madhusudhana, basically her parents from Bangalore, KA. Sri Pradeep & Smt. Vatsala have a daughter Viraja and son Kalyan Archakam.
